Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (Canada & US only).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. OnionGrow is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us at Info@goluvo.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, OnionGrow is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on cosmetic or personal care imports. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering.
